Position Summary: The Site Manager manages, operates, maintains, and improves buildings, grounds, and facilities year-round to support Girl Scout programming, the camper experience, and the council’s mission, while protecting the council’s assets. Reporting to the Director of Properties the Site Manager supports the overnight camp program, the staff led day camp program, Day Camp by Community program, troop camping and year-round events held at Camp Alice Chester. This role is vital to managing maintenance and capital improvement projects, providing customer service to all campers and ensuring the site is clean, healthy, safe, attractive and in good repair for all users.
