Position is contingent upon contract award The Site Manager manages the total overall operation of the project through subordinate supervisory/management personnel, in the areas of safety, productivity and efficiency to the standards of the contract and to the satisfaction of the customer. Has the authority to commit Contractor’s labor forces and the use of resources to meet requirements and the respective site requirements of the contract. Leads, trains, and equips personnel supporting the Installation Support Services contract, and Air Force Technical Orders (TO) and Regulations. The Site Manger shall work with subordinate supervisors/management to assign workers to duties throughout the performance areas. Working with the PMO shall plan and administer budget, compile records of labor and material cost for operating and issue cost reports to management. May direct contracted projects to ensure adherence to specifications. Determine schedules, sequences, and assignments for work activities, based on work priority, quantity of equipment and skill of personnel. Monitor employees' work levels and review work performance. Recommend or initiate personnel actions, such as hires, promotions, transfers, discharges, and disciplinary measures. Compile operational and personnel records, such as time and production records. Develop, implement, and evaluate policies and procedures. Counsel employees about work-related issues and assist employees to correct job-skill deficiencies.
