About The Position

Objective of the Job: Ensure the smooth operations of all Site Infrastructure equipment and grounds through precise maintenance plan for the site. Coordinate with Site maintenance team, sup-contractors, and affected departments to continue operations and prevent down-time. Principle Activities: Plan and schedule the tasks related to inspections, preventive, predictive and proactive maintenance, including labor force, materials, spare parts, expendables and equipment required. Manages all data, Key Performance factors and creates necessary tools to monitor and improve the facilities processes and computerized maintenance management System (CMMS). Effectively work with all FM and Sl functions to ensure CMMS is up to date with latest Version. Prepares and delivers the reports based on metrics and other indicators applicable for the Maintenance Plans and Processes, which help to conduct the right decision in improving the performance and reliability of the department. Analyzes work order data and other documentation to initiate necessary repairs, place RFQ for materials needed, pro-active communication with FM Supervisor and team. Maintain and manage all historical records of the maintenance performance records, all inspections, PM, and ensure all records and in correct folder location electronically. Meetings with Germany headquarters as required for all system updates and improvements.

Requirements

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel)
  • 1-2 Years Maintenance Administration experience
  • Travel as Needed
  • Good Technical knowledge of CMMS, Auto Cad, and 8D
  • 1-2 Years of Maintenance Administration
