We are looking for Site Supervisor to oversee, train, and direct the janitorial staff on site to ensure that all employees are kept safe and the customer’s quality expectations are met or exceeded. Shift(s): Monday-Friday

Requirements

Ability to lead and supervise
Ability to be standing and/or walking for extended periods of time
Previous supervisory experience required
A strong work ethic
The ability to work alone or within a team is a must
Need to be physically able to walk up/downstairs, pull/lift/carry weight (cleaning supplies)
Must wear steel-toe shoes

Responsibilities

Supervise and train the work of the janitorial staff in the building.
Designate shift and area work assignments.
Manage employee relations and performance issues quickly and appropriately. Document and report to management or HR.
Review employee timekeeping to ensure compliance with timekeeping rules and complete payroll documents to ensure all employee time is paid correctly.
Inspect the jobsite regularly to identify any quality concerns or project work needed; complete and submit inspection reports.
Identify and communicate the need for any special project work to management.
Maintain cleaning supplies inventory.
Respond quickly and appropriately to all customer concerns or complaints.
Enforce all safety policies and procedures; immediately report and investigate accidents.
Complete training courses as required.
Other duties as needed
