About The Position

The Site Inventory Lead manages inventory processes, coordinates off-site warehouse materials, and supports project operations. Responsibilities include preparing reports on site safety and material movement, maintaining records, staging materials for project sites, and coordinating project-specific documentation. The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $49,600 to 68,200 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Requirements

Experience in developing and maintaining effective operating/execution cadence reporting.

Outstanding interpersonal skills.
Strong PC skills, including proficiency with MS Office.
Must be able to 100% of the time at different site locations.
Forklift experience is mandatory.

Responsibilities

Take charge of monitoring site materials inventory from receipt to distribution among installation and commissioning teams.
Partner with the Installation and Commissioning Teams to secure the timely and smooth allocation of material inventory.
Support project reporting by identifying shortages and surpluses based on installation material requirements.
Engage with the Project Material Manager to ensure personnel are prepared to receive materials according to forecasted delivery dates.
Record inventory receipts, stow-away, picking/staging, transportation, and issuance in the Dematic selected Materials Management Tool.
