About The Position

As a member of our Inventory Control Team, you’ll play a pivotal role in protecting company assets, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting operational excellence across the organization. Our Inventory Lead role requires hands-on inventory control experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to support and guide team members in daily inventory practices. Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external customers
  • Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong mathematical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to communicate clearly in English regarding essential job functions
  • Commitment to confidentiality, accuracy, and internal controls
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of two years of prior warehouse experience
  • Two or more years of experience working with WMS software
  • Completion of all six product knowledge books

Nice To Haves

  • Forklift experience preferred, but not required
  • Candidates outside of the Inventory Department will be considered on a case-by-case basis

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day work direction and support productivity within the Inventory Control department
  • Conduct daily cycle counts of resale materials and ancillary products
  • Reconcile inventory variances and communicate adjustments to appropriate supervisors
  • Maintain and update the inventory error database
  • Create reports and variance analysis for leadership review
  • Identify and report damaged, shorted, or missing products
  • Identify weaknesses in asset safeguarding and internal controls and communicate findings
  • Maintain accurate inventory documentation and records
  • Support inventory counts at other company locations and outside storage facilities as needed
  • Assist with workflow needs within the returns department
  • Help train and onboard new team members
  • Promote continuous improvement, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Support internal control testing in other areas of the company as directed
  • Adhere to all company safety rules, standards, and guidelines
  • Perform other duties as assigned
