About The Position

GO Car Wash is one of the fastest growing car wash operators in the United States, with locations in multiple states from coast to coast. The company is committed to providing an engaging, rewarding work experience for all Teammates, believing that caring for Teammates leads to happy customers and successful car washes. As a Site General Manager, you will essentially own your own car wash, taking responsibility for all aspects of its operation with support from regional and central teams. This includes managing and continuously improving the facility, equipment, inventory, marketing, sales, expenses, service, and safety at your site. You will ensure that you, your team, and your site excel at providing customers with a convenient, consistent, and exceptional car wash experience, and you will address customer claims. Additionally, you will be responsible for hiring, training, coaching, managing, and developing a team in line with company standards and values, as well as creating a culture that engages your Teammates.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of management experience
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service and drive sales growth
  • Ability to apply strong leadership and interpersonal skills to engage people
  • Ability to manage time, work, and team to complete many varying responsibilities
  • Ability to achieve financial and performance results through own and other teams
  • Ability to proactively and creatively solve operation, people, and profit challenges

  • $1,500 monthly bonus at 100% of plan targets tied to individual and company performance
