About The Position

The Site Finance Senior Analyst Grade 12A will work closely with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Controllership, EPM and Financial Closing teams to assure accurate and timely creation of auditable financial statements for multiple manufacturing sites, possibly including joint ventures. Responsibilities will also include preparation of balance sheet account reconciliations, oversight of monthly cycle counting, collaboration with manufacturing on planning and execution of the annual physical inventory, implementation and maintenance of internal controls and both internal and external audit support. Additional responsibilities may also include freight analysis, intern management and unique process ownership.

Requirements

Accounting or Finance degree.
3-5 years finance/accounting experience

Regular, predictable attendance is an essential function of this position. Applicants must be regularly available and willing to work Monday – Friday during assigned hours of operation and such other hours as the company determines are necessary or desirable to meet business needs

Period end closings for assigned sites, JV's and product lines
Account reconciliation preparation and approvals
Inventory analysis & reporting
Collaboration with Manufacturing on planning and execution of the annual Physical Inventory

Cycle Counting oversight
Project participation
Participation in annual standards update
Ad hoc analysis and response to business requests
Freight analysis or other unique process ownership
