For nearly 70 years, Boys & Girls Clubs of Bellevue has been committed to providing safe places for Bellevue’s youth when they are not in school. Targeting the neighborhoods that need us most, Clubs ensure all youth have equal access to life-enhancing programming focused on academics, health, and leadership. At the Club, our mission is to enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens. Project Learn is an afterschool program for youth that offers tutoring and homework assistance, computer labs, special events, art, social recreation, and positive role models. Offering a caring, safe place for youth to go after school, Project Learn provides a structured and positive atmosphere where young people can learn and play. A Site Director is a self-motivated and positive leader who balances an energetic, youth-focused atmosphere with professionalism and maturity. This position oversees the daily operations of a licensed school-based Club site, ensuring that all practices, programs, and environments align with the licensing standards established by the Washington State Department of Children, Youth, and Families (DCYF). The Site Director is responsible for program and service delivery, supervision and training of staff, facilities management, community engagement, and membership administration—while maintaining a safe, compliant, and welcoming space for youth and families. BGCB is an ever-changing organization that strives to meet the fluctuating needs of youth and the community. Because of this, we are looking for flexible individuals who are comfortable in an environment where job responsibilities and location could be subject to change.
