The Site Director (SD) provides overall leadership and vision to the onsite Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) team, emphasizing a commitment to supporting the safety and well-being of residents and staff. The SD directly supervises the Resident Services Manager (RSM) and Community Specialist (CS), intentionally building a strong, cohesive building team. The SD is responsible for ensuring day-to-day operations, responding to challenges, fostering community, promoting housing stability, ensuring compliance with lease and funder requirements, and exercising sound financial management. This position requires availability to work swing, overnight, or weekends as needed and shares weekend shift rotation for after-hours emergency response duties. Plymouth Housing is a nonprofit organization that develops and operates permanent supportive housing for single adults who have experienced chronic homelessness. With apartment buildings throughout King County, Plymouth is helping the most vulnerable members of our community leave homelessness behind forever.
