About The Position

Lionsgate Academy, an innovative public charter school serving autistic students is seeking a visionary and mission-driven Principal/Site Director Transition Program. Our school is built on a foundation of inclusion, respect, and customized learning — and we need a leader ready to continue our commitment to student-centered excellence. Salary range: $ 90,000-100,000 Benefits: full insurance and benefit package including six (6) weeks of PTO Location: North St Paul, Minnesota
Requirements
- Master’s degree in education administration, teaching or related field
- Current Minnesota administrative license as Principal and/or Special Education Director, or willingness to enroll in a program within the first year of employment.
- 5 or more years working in Special Education including extensive knowledge and experience in a licensed position
Responsibilities
- Lead an exceptional team of educators, specialists and support staff
- Oversee a dynamic transition program (ages 18-22) that prepares students with meaningful adult outcomes
- Guide day to day operations of the school-budgeting, scheduling, and problem solving-with organization flexibility, and big-picture mindset
- A partner and visible presences for students, staff, and families
