About The Position

The Site Coordinator is accountable for the daily operations of a solo‑person site. This role is responsible for delivering contracted office services including, but not limited to: Copy Services, Courier Services, Managed Print Services, Hospitality, Imaging, and Mail Services.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1+ year of experience in a related field (B2B and/or technical)
  • 1+ year of customer‑facing work experience
  • Demonstrated understanding of basic technology
  • Tactical thought‑processing skills
  • Ability to present to small groups
  • Moderate problem‑solving ability
  • Basic customer service skills
  • Basic technical aptitude
  • Basic written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for daily operations of a mail room, copy center, or scanning facility.
  • Operate office equipment such as PC, copiers, multifunction devices, imaging and mail equipment.
  • May support functions including: Courier Services Reception Services Switchboard Operations Shipping & Receiving Mail delivery and processing
  • Serve as the main point of contact with the customer on a daily basis.
  • Implement and manage Ricoh Service Excellence Programs effectively.
  • Understand and operate required equipment/software efficiently to meet service level agreements.
  • Achieve profitability by effectively utilizing company materials and supplies.
  • May maintain daily routine tasks such as: Creating/completing work orders Contractor monitoring Inspections Reporting facility‑related issues Providing support as needed
  • May interact with contracted vendors, facility management teams, and building occupants.
  • May be responsible for office supply inventory and re‑ordering.
  • May manage conference room scheduling and A/V equipment resources.
  • Maintain positive internal working relationships by communicating professionally.
  • Collect and provide data to leadership and customers, including completing monthly reports with support.
  • Ensure financial responsibilities are met.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
