Requirements

  • 2-3 years healthcare management or supervisory experience
  • Medical office operations knowledge (scheduling, insurance, patient flow)
  • Team leadership experience with customer service focus
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Service-oriented mindset with genuine care for patient experience

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelors or Associate's degree in healthcare administration or related field
  • Related experience in lieu of a degree will be considered
  • EMR systems and practice management software experience
  • Orthopedic or specialty clinic experience
  • Personal injury/insurance coordination background
