This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit, charitable organization committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. The Site Coordinator is responsible for designing, directing, and supporting the development and operations of 21st Century Community Learning Centers (21CCLC) programs at McKinley High School, including afterschool and summer initiatives funded through the 21CCLC grant. This role ensures that programming meets both YMCA standards and HIDOE requirements by delivering high-quality academic support, enrichment opportunities, and family engagement. The Site Coordinator serves as the on-site supervisor and plays a critical role in fostering a positive, inclusive environment for students, while managing staff, coordinating with school personnel, and building relationships with community partners.
