About The Position

The YMCA of Greater Richmond is looking for a positive role model to help plan programming, assist with center oversight, and supervise children in our program at Saint Joseph Catholic School. The starting pay is $17 per hour or based on experience. The YMCA of Greater Richmond is a nonprofit with the goal of strengthening the foundations of community. Requirements

• Candidates must be at least 18 years of age
• Have a High School Diploma or GED
• Meet Virginia licensing standards which are based on education and experience
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills are necessary for this role
• A valid driver's license and good driving record are necessary
• Must have experience supervising staff, along with lesson planning.

Responsibilities

• Sight and sound supervision of a group of school age children
• Day to day operations of a school-age child care center
