About The Position

The Project Engineer will lead and coordinate the planning, design, and permitting of civil engineering, land development, and infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include site layout, grading, drainage, erosion control, and stormwater management. The role involves managing project budgets and timelines, writing technical reports, and supporting business development efforts. The engineer will work closely with office leadership and mentor junior staff while collaborating across disciplines on high-impact projects.

Requirements

• Civil engineering

• EIT or PE license
• 4+ years of site/civil engineering experience
• Strong knowledge of local land use regulations
• Ability to manage multiple projects and budgets
