About The Position

RDI runs complex, multi-site clinical studies that require tight coordination across physicians, labs, and internal teams.
This role owns execution.
You will take site interest and turn it into a structured, prioritized pipeline. Then you will drive those sites to activation with urgency and discipline.
This is not a coordination role. This is an ownership role.
If something is stuck, you move it.

Requirements

• Experience in clinical operations, site activation, or study startup
• Background in CROs or multi-site programs
• Strong prioritization and execution discipline
• Comfortable holding people accountable and driving progress
• Highly organized and detail-oriented

Nice To Haves

• Experience managing coordinators or assistants is a plus

Responsibilities

• Build and manage the full site pipeline across studies
• Define prioritization and site tiers
• Own qualification, onboarding, and activation workflows
• Drive follow-ups, timelines, and deadlines
• Push stakeholders when progress stalls
• Identify and close out low-value opportunities early
• Manage offshore support resources
• Build systems, dashboards, and workflows to create visibility
