About The Position

The Site Acquisition Manager / Real Estate Manager is responsible for overseeing site acquisition processes for telecommunications projects, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements while managing relationships with stakeholders. This role requires a blend of real estate expertise and legal knowledge to facilitate the successful build-out of telecommunications sites.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of job-related experience with site builds over 500 sites.
• 5 years of experience in a related field such as real estate or telecommunications.
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) or Real Estate licensed professional.
• Law degree or certified legal practitioner.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site acquisition processes for telecommunications projects.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders including landowners and regulatory agencies.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for site builds.
• Coordinate with engineering and construction teams to facilitate site development.
• Negotiate lease agreements and contracts for site acquisitions.
