About The Position

The SIOP PS ETO Leader plays a critical role in driving an accurate, aligned, and insight‑driven demand plan across assigned regions. This role leads the Collaborative Sales Forecasting (CSF) process, partners with key cross‑functional stakeholders, and ensures that demand scenarios support strategic SIOP decision‑making. The position requires strong analytical capability, stakeholder management, and a continuous‑improvement mindset to enhance the accuracy and value of the demand plan. This position required up to 25% of travel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Supply Chain, Analytics, Economics, Engineering, or a related field).
  • Proven experience in demand planning, forecasting, SIOP/IBP, or supply chain planning.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally and influence without authority.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify automation or process‑optimization opportunities.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with statistical forecasting tools, planning systems, and scenario modeling preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Offer and Demand Review process and run the Collaborative Sales Forecasting (CSF) process for assigned regions and divisions.
  • Analyze, consolidate, and communicate the regional Demand Plan over a 24‑month horizon.
  • Understand all components of the demand plan, including statistical forecasts, enhancements, adjustments, macroeconomic indicators, internal data, events, and SIOP decisions.
  • Act as the single point of contact for demand planning within the region.
  • Work closely with Finance Business Partners, Business stakeholders, Supply Chain Planning teams, and Central Business Analysts to ensure alignment and a holistic understanding of demand drivers.
  • Maintain strong collaboration with Supply Planning to drive end‑to‑end supply chain improvements.
  • Prepare and participate in recurring demand validation meetings within the region.
  • Participate actively in the global Demand Planning Community.
  • Ensure a validated and aligned demand plan, highlighting risks related to new products and phase‑outs and defining mitigation actions (OCP discussions).
  • Analyze customer‑segmented demand to support segment‑specific requirements.
  • Identify improvement and automation opportunities within planning processes.
  • Drive improvements in Forecast Value Add (FVA) by addressing root causes of demand variation and deviation.
  • Maintain and simulate demand scenarios to support SIOP decisions, including revenue, capacity, and inventory impact analysis.
  • Be accountable for key performance metrics including Forecast Accuracy, Forecast Value Add, Bias, and impact on Customer Satisfaction.
