About The Position

As a Single-Family Electrical Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of residential electrical services in Savannah, Georgia. This role is responsible for leading a team of electricians, coordinating projects, and ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. You will provide technical guidance, manage resources, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; electrical apprenticeship or equivalent experience preferred
  • 5+ years of residential electrical experience, including new construction
  • 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in single-family projects
  • Valid Georgia electrical license required
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required
  • Strong knowledge of NEC, local codes, and residential electrical systems
  • Ability to read blueprints and use electrical tools and testing equipment
  • Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and project management skills
  • Knowledge of OSHA safety standards with a strong commitment to safety and quality
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
  • Must pass drug screening and background check

Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of residential electricians to ensure high performance and productivity
  • Project Management: Plan, organize, and oversee residential electrical projects from start to finish, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all electrical work meets quality standards, codes, and regulations; conduct inspections and provide feedback
  • Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Technical Support: Provide troubleshooting and technical expertise to resolve complex electrical issues
  • Safety Compliance: Enforce OSHA and company safety standards; conduct regular safety meetings
  • Inventory Management: Manage materials, tools, and equipment; track usage and maintain inventory records
  • Training & Development: Identify skill gaps and support training initiatives for team members
  • Continuous Improvement: Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and performance
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records including work orders, permits, and invoices
