About The Position
The Simulation Manager oversees daily operations of the nursing simulation lab and supports high-quality, simulation-based learning. This role collaborates with faculty to deliver realistic clinical experiences aligned with curriculum, accreditation standards, and patient safety principles.
Requirements
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Active, unencumbered Texas RN license
- Strong organizational, communication, and technical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Nice To Haves
- Experience in nursing education, clinical training, or simulation preferred
Responsibilities
- Manage daily simulation lab operations, scheduling, and setup
- Coordinate simulation experiences across nursing programs
- Collaborate with faculty to design and implement simulation scenarios
- Maintain and troubleshoot simulation equipment and technology
- Support accreditation standards (ACEN, CCNE, BON) and compliance
- Manage simulation supplies, documentation, and reporting
