About The Position

FASTSIGNS® Kent is looking for a high-energy, people-loving Sign Sales + Project Manager to join our awesome team! This role is a mix of inside sales, customer relationships, and project management—you’ll be the friendly face (and voice) guiding our customers from idea to installation, total comprehensive solutions. What You’ll Do (Your Day-to-Day) Be the first point of contact for walk-in, phone, and email customers—bringing great energy and a helpful, can-do attitude Act as an inside sales partner by uncovering customer needs, recommending signage solutions, and helping close projects Prepare estimates, create work orders, and manage multiple projects from start to finish Use HubSpot CRM to track customer conversations, follow-ups, and opportunities (we’ll train you!) Requirements

  • 2–3 years of customer service, inside sales, counter sales, or sign/print industry experience (preferred, not required)
  • Big positive energy, strong people skills, and a team-first mindset
  • Comfortable asking questions, recommending solutions, and helping customers move forward with projects
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects without getting overwhelmed
  • Tech-comfortable and open to learning new systems (CRM, estimating tools, etc.)
