About The Position

FASTSIGNS® Kent is hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support business customers with signage and visual communication projects. This is a career-focused role for someone with sign experience, strong customer service skills, a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and masterful multitasking skills who thrives in a fast-paced, production-driven environment. This is not a graphic design position.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of customer service, counter sales, or sign experience (preferred)
  • Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a team-oriented mindset
  • Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using technology and learning new systems quickly
  • Masterful multitasking skills and the ability to stay organized under pressure
  • Reliable, adaptable, and interested in long-term career growth

Nice To Haves

  • 2–3 years of customer service, counter sales, or sign experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for walk-in, phone, and email customers, always with a positive, enthusiastic approach
  • Prepare estimates, create work orders, and manage multiple projects simultaneously from start to finish
  • Use HubSpot CRM to track customer interactions, tasks, and opportunities (training provided)
  • Coordinate closely with production and team members to ensure accuracy, quality, and on-time delivery
  • Build long-term relationships with business and construction clients through proactive, friendly communication
