About The Position

The Sign Production Team Lead is responsible for coordinating and overseeing graphic production for individual sign projects. This role works closely with internal team members and cross-functional departments to ensure jobs are produced accurately, efficiently, and on schedule, while maintaining high quality standards.

Requirements

Strong proficiency in sign and print graphic production
Solid background in graphic arts with a keen eye for detail and quality
Proven experience coordinating projects and managing deadlines
Ability to problem-solve and adapt in a fast-paced production environment
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
Leadership experience or the ability to guide and support a production team

Responsibilities

Coordinate sign and print graphic production for assigned jobs from start to finish
Lead and support production team members to ensure workflow efficiency and quality output
Apply strong knowledge of sign and print production processes to meet project requirements
Review graphics and finished products for accuracy, detail, and overall quality
Troubleshoot production challenges and implement effective, timely solutions
Ensure projects are completed on schedule and deadlines are consistently met
Utilize Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant software to support production needs
Communicate effectively with internal departments to align on project expectations and timelines
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
