About The Position

Hardman Signs is a national leader in architectural signage and graphics. We design, manufacture, install, and service high-impact signage solutions for commercial properties, multi-family housing, healthcare facilities, parking garages, and more. We partner with leading construction companies and architectural design firms to bring signage visions to life—from concept to installation. We are seeking a highly skilled and independent Sign Fabricator / Welder to join our Houston production team. This role is designed for a technical expert who possesses the confidence to take a project from paper to product. The ideal candidate isn't just a welder; they are a structural fabricator who can interpret complex drawings and execute precision layouts without supervision. This is a high-priority, rapid-hire position to support our expanding production floor. This role is responsible for the full fabrication lifecycle of custom architectural signage, including monuments, pylon signs, and illuminated structures. The Sign Fabricator / Welder will work directly from technical packages to measure, cut, fit, and weld aluminum and steel components. This position requires a high level of self-reliance and the ability to move a project independently from the initial work order to a finished, high-quality product.
