About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) Analyst to join our team at Offutt Air Force Base (AFB) , supporting the 55th Wing (55 WG) . The SIGINT Analyst will play a critical role in conducting Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) analysis , providing actionable intelligence to support 55 WG operational and strategic objectives . This position requires expertise in SIGINT collection, processing, and analysis, as well as the ability to integrate SIGINT data into multi-intelligence ( Multi-INT ) fusion efforts.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
• Master’s degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or have bachelor’s degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 15 years, as a substitute to the master’s degree.
• Proficiency in SIGINT collection , processing , and analysis .
• Completion of a commercial, military, or U.S. Government SIGINT analysis training course or specialized intelligence certification.
• Proficiency with SIGINT tools, databases, and software used in 55 WG operations.
• Strong understanding of SIGINT platforms, collection methods, and analytical tradecraft.
• Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for producing high-quality intelligence products and briefings.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance is . CI Polygraph may be required.

Nice To Haves

• Experience supporting the 55th Wing (55 WG) or similar ISR organizations.
• Knowledge of Multi-INT Fusion and operational-level intelligence planning.
• Familiarity with advanced SIGINT tradecraft techniques and methodologies.
• Prior experience mentoring or training junior analysts in SIGINT analysis.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) analysis to support operational and strategic decision-making.
• Analyze and exploit SIGINT data to identify patterns, trends, and actionable intelligence.
• Integrate SIGINT data with other intelligence disciplines (e.g., GEOINT, HUMINT, MASINT) to support Multi-INT Fusion and ISR operations.
• Develop and deliver high-quality intelligence products, including reports, briefings, and assessments, to inform mission planning and execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including analysts, mission planners, and operators, to ensure timely and accurate intelligence delivery.
• Conduct high-level SIGINT analysis SIGINT to produce serialized reports that meet national Intelligence Community standards.
• Maintain proficiency in SIGINT tools, methodologies, and platforms to ensure the delivery of cutting-edge intelligence solutions.
• Ensure compliance with all security protocols, classification guidelines, and organizational policies.
