Responsibilities Responsible for running the day-to-day activities of a shuttle operation including, but not limited to, the supervision of employees, maintaining client relations, and ensuring that company standards are being upheld. Requirements

  • Qualified candidates must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Qualified candidates must have prior supervisory or management experience
  • Qualified candidates should be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Must possess a valid state-issued driver’s license with a current address and acceptable driving record.
  • Special shift requirements, if any, will vary depending on a location's hiring needs.
  • If applicable, availability to work 2nd shift, 3rd shift and/or week-ends may be required.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior supervisory experience in the transportation industry preferred (this role requires supervision of full-time and part-time shuttle drivers and other frontline hourly positions).

Responsibilities

  • Oversee customer relations to ensure that complaints, disagreements or misunderstandings about the shuttle bus operation or service are resolved diplomatically.
  • Oversee daily shuttle bus operation.
  • Supervise the quality of work for all employees to ensure that all work tasks and assignments are performed efficiently, effectively, and as required.
  • Ensure that proper shuttle operations, security, cash control and customer service procedures are being followed by all employees.
  • Handle all personnel issues and paperwork for hiring, termination and training of support staff.
  • Supervise shuttle operations in order to ensure that incoming customers are served efficiently and properly.
  • Monitor maintenance of the operation to ensure that it is clean and maintained according to company policies and procedures.
  • Handle general accounting duties such as accounts payable, payroll, petty cash, and budgeting.
  • Monitor and review all damage claims in order to assign responsibility for damages.
  • Recommend and implement plans or programs to improve safety of operations to prevent the occurrence or reoccurrence of similar claims.
