About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and courteous Shuttle Driver to safely transport guests to and from the airport and other designated locations as needed. The Shuttle Driver plays a key role in providing a positive guest experience through timely service, professionalism, and safe driving practices.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Previous driving or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to operate a shuttle or passenger vehicle safely
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable, punctual, and professional demeanor
• Ability to lift and carry luggage as needed
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays as required

Responsibilities

• Safely transport guests between the airport and designated locations, as well as other locations as requested
• Provide friendly, professional customer service to all guests
• Assist guests with luggage as needed
• Maintain a clean, well-organized shuttle vehicle at all times
• Follow assigned schedules and routes while remaining flexible to changing needs
• Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies
• Perform basic vehicle checks and report any maintenance or safety concerns promptly
• Communicate effectively with management and team members regarding schedules, delays, or guest needs
