Requirements

Valid Driver’s License: Must possess a valid driver’s license appropriate for the type of vehicle (e.g., Class C or CDL if driving larger vans or buses).’
Clean Driving Record: No recent traffic violations, accidents, or driving-related criminal offenses.
Educational Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent
Customer Service Skills: Demonstrated experience with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
Time Management and Organization: Exceptional ability to manage time effectively and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent skills for engaging with guests and collaborating with team members seamlessly.
Applicants should have flexibility to work weekends & holidays

Responsibilities

Provide a safe and timely shuttle service to guests, transporting them to airports, attractions, business centers, or other designated locations.
Assist with loading and unloading luggage as needed.
Greeting guests warmly, provide information about the local area, and answer questions about hotel services and amenities.
Address and resolve any guest concerns or special requests during transit.
Inspect the vehicle before and after each trip to ensure it is clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition.
Report any mechanical issues or damage promptly and schedule regular maintenance or repairs.
Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure passenger safety.
Maintain a valid driver’s license and any required certifications (e.g., commercial driving license, if applicable).
Log trip details, including mileage, destinations, and passenger counts.
Keep records of maintenance schedules and fuel expenses if required.
Communicate with the front desk to coordinate shuttle schedules and guest pickups.
Adapt to changes in guest schedules or special transportation requests.
Ensure the shuttle vehicle is clean, organized, and stocked with any amenities (e.g., bottled water, brochures).
Maintain a professional appearance and provide a friendly, welcoming experience for guests.
Be prepared to handle emergencies or unexpected situations, such as accidents, vehicle breakdowns, or medical incidents, in a calm and professional manner.
Act as a brand ambassador by promoting the hotel’s services and offerings during interactions with guests.
Provide local insights and recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
Ensure timely pick-ups and drop-offs according to the schedule, avoiding unnecessary delays.
