Requirements

  • Customer Service experience is preferred
  • Driving experience is a plus
  • Must be able to pass drug screening
  • Must have valid Driver’s License
  • Must pass a background check
  • Must be insurable
  • ALL CANDIDATES ARE SUBJECT TO PRE-EMPLOYMENT DRUG SCREENING.
  • YOU MUST PASS DRUG SCREENING.
  • Full time position only.
  • Monday-Friday plus some Saturdays.
  • Hourly pay.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Drive customers from the dealership to desired location while their car is being serviced
  • Ensure shuttle van is working properly to meet our safety standards
  • Answer the shuttle cell phone, given to you by the dealership, at all times to provide best customer service
  • At times, assist the porter with greeting customers in the service lane, keeping the service lane clean, and prepping vehicles for their service
  • Provide the highest level of customer service possible
  • Assist Service Advisors in relationships with customers
  • Ability to be independent and solve problems
  • Willingness to listen, learn and have fun!
