About The Position

Welcome to the DoubleTree by Hilton Tampa Rocky Point Waterfront! We are looking for a dependable, flexible , and guest-focused Shuttle Driver to join our team. This role plays a key part in supporting our airline crew partnerships. The ideal applicant will have experience in hotel shuttle driving. This is a full-time position which will include early morning & evening shifts, weekends and holidays. Starting pay is $13.00 plus tips. In this role, you'll do more than just drive-you'll be a key part of the guest experience. From helping airline crews get to and from the airport to keeping our front entrance and Made Market spotless, your attention to detail and friendly demeanor will set the tone. Requirements

• Possession of a valid driver's license and evidence of insurability
• Driving record that meets our current insurance carrier's guidelines
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle stressful or high-pressure situations with poise and professionalism
• Conduct all work-related duties with a high level of integrity, maturity, and professionalism

Responsibilities

• Safely transport guests, including airline crew members, to and from designated locations in a timely and courteous manner
• Deliver exceptional guest service and represent the hotel professionally at all times
• Promote the Hilton Honors program and assist with enrolling new members
• Maintain a clean, organized front entrance and ensure shuttle vehicles are spotless and guest-ready
• Stock, organize, and maintain the Made Market (grab-and-go area) with fresh, well-presented items
• Communicate clearly with front desk staff, management, and other departments
• Assist with loading/unloading luggage and respond promptly to guest requests
