Ferguson is currently seeking a Showroom Sales Support Representative to fill an immediate need.

Requirements

Ability to effectively use customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system.
Exhibit strong skills for sales, including the ability to upsell.
Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and ability to make decisions in a timely manner.
Ability to react well in a fast-paced environment & follow through on commitments.
General digital literacy including Microsoft Office.
Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and processes.

Nice To Haves

1-3 years of prior sales and/or customer service experience
Appliance, lighting and/or plumbing fixture product knowledge
Highly motivated and customer service oriented mentality with ability to build relationships

Responsibilities

Work hand-in-hand with Outside Sales and Showroom Consultants by performing the behind the scenes sales functions that ensure our customer's needs are being met.
Support the Sales team by ensuring the delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate order processing for our Showroom customers and Builders.
Assist walk-in traffic and answer phones in the showroom
Updating customer contracts, coordinate deliveries with the warehouse, and answer sales calls for general information.
