About The Position

RH is seeking a Showroom Leader to guide the Dennis & Leen/Formations New York showroom. Known for sculptural forms and uncompromising craftsmanship, these collections feature furnishings crafted from solid wood, hand-forged iron, natural stone, and other authentic materials that celebrate artistry and enduring design. The Showroom Sales Leader serves as the steward of the showroom experience—leading a team of sales professionals while cultivating meaningful relationships with the interior design and architecture community. This role blends thoughtful leadership with strategic client development, positioning the showroom as a destination for design professionals seeking distinctive, heirloom-quality furnishings. The ideal candidate brings a refined understanding of the luxury interiors market, a deep appreciation for craftsmanship, and a natural ability to build lasting partnerships with the trade.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience within luxury interiors, high-end furnishings, or the professional design trade
  • Leadership experience guiding high-performing sales or client service teams
  • Strong understanding of custom furnishings, artisanal materials, and the needs of the trade-only market
  • Exceptional communication skills and a polished, professional presence
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and client relationship management
  • Passion for design, craftsmanship, and heritage-driven brands

  • Established relationships within the interior design and architecture community preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a team of showroom professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and exceptional service
  • Cultivate relationships with leading interior designers, architects, and trade professionals to expand the showroom’s book of business
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through product selection, customization, and project coordination
  • Oversee daily showroom operations, including client appointments, order management, and communication with the Los Angeles workroom from quote through delivery
  • Ensure the showroom environment reflects the artistry, craftsmanship, and refined aesthetic of Dennis & Leen/Formations
  • Partner with leadership to support marketing initiatives, events, and trade engagement that strengthen brand presence within the design community
  • Maintain strong organization of project pipelines, client communications, and showroom logistics
  • Represent the brand with credibility and expertise across all client interactions and industry engagements
