We're looking for a highly organized, people-savvy Showroom Sales Coordinator to be the heartbeat of our Kitchen & Bath showroom. This is a role for someone who takes pride in running a tight operation, keeping things moving behind the scenes, and making sure every client who walks through the door feels like a priority — all without needing a title to lead. You'll work alongside our Kitchen & Bath Sales Designers, supporting them so they can stay focused on what they do best: selling and designing. You're the glue that holds the day together — managing workflows, key point of contact for the CRM, and ensuring the client experience is seamless from first contact to final sale. If you've worked in a sales support or coordination role, know your way around HubSpot, and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment, we'd love to meet you. As the first face clients see and the first voice they hear, you'll set the tone for every interaction. You'll greet showroom visitors, field calls and emails, assess client needs, and route them to the right Sales Designer — all while keeping the backend organized and humming. On any given day, you might be booking consultations in HubSpot, following up on open quotes, tracking vendor order updates, processing payments in BisTrack (our ERP), coordinating with Marketing on signage, or making sure the showroom displays look sharp. You're someone who notices what needs to happen before anyone has to ask. You'll also serve as a key communication link between Sales, Marketing, and other internal teams — flagging operational issues to the Regional Sales Manager and helping the whole team stay aligned.
