California Closets has been the #1 Design-Forward, Custom Storage and Home Organizing company since 1978 and we are expanding our team in the Santa Rosa Beach area. The ideal candidate brings the right balance to welcome walk-ins, energize phone conversations and help our amazing Design & Sales Team optimize their schedules and events in the area. Our Santa Rosa Beach showroom is more of a VIP lounge where we welcome our staff, visitors and trade partners alike to enjoy our surroundings and get inspired by what we do and how we do it. Your days are always different and the balance between being very busy and having some quite time to do other initiatives is key to keeping ahead of things. Requirements
- Outgoing personality with understanding of the balance between being assertive and aggressive
- Desire to help others find their ideal solution and guide someone through a process of discovery and inspiration
- Good at keeping things organized, focused on cleanliness and visual appeal
- Social Media experience a plus, with weekly posts and engagement to help improve Brand awareness & Client stories
- Monday to Thursday 9-5pm, Friday 9-3pm. No Holidays or Weekend
