The Showroom Sales Consultant is essential in providing a first-class sales experience for all customers visiting our showroom. This role is pivotal in driving sales, fostering customer loyalty, and contributing to our reputation as leaders in the home automation industry.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in high-end retail or technology sales
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Enthusiasm for technology and the ability to engage customers with our products
  • Self-motivated with the drive to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Availability to work weekends and some holidays, as required
  • A team player with a positive attitude
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of relevant sales experience

Nice To Haves

  • Further education in sales or marketing is a plus
  • Experience with home technology products is highly desirable

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers in the showroom, providing expert advice on home technology products and services
  • Drive sales through excellent customer service and product knowledge
  • Conduct product demonstrations to illustrate the features and benefits of our offerings
  • Follow up with potential leads and manage customer relationships
  • Meet or exceed sales targets
  • Stay informed about the latest trends in home technology
  • Assist in maintaining the presentation of the showroom
  • Additional responsibilities assigned by the manager
