As a Kitchen & Bath Showroom Sales Consultant, you will guide clients through the selection process, combining sales expertise with design-oriented guidance to help them transform their spaces while achieving strong sales results.

Requirements

Proven sales experience in home remodeling, construction, interior design, or showroom sales.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to build solid customer relationships.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.

Nice To Haves

Experience in kitchen and bath design, remodeling, architecture, or related sales is a plus.
Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred).

Responsibilities

Advise customers by providing expert guidance on kitchen and bathroom remodeling products.
Build relationships with homeowners, designers, contractors, and architects to drive sales.
Assist clients in selecting products aligned with their design vision and project needs.
Prepare accurate estimates and recommendations based on space planning and style preferences.
Process sales transactions and follow-up on customer inquiries in a timely manner.
Stay up to date with industry trends, materials, and innovations to provide top-level service.
