JOB DESCRIPTION: Position Purpose: To provide support within the fast-paced events & retail marketing teams. Focus will be on interacting with prospective customer base, planning, execution and tracking and fulfillment of marketing materials. Will be tasked with coordination of the showroom schedule, as well as driving traffic to RbA showroom locations.

Requirements

  • Customer Service Experience preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required OR minimum 2 years of experience
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills along with strong interpersonal, organizational and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and/or time dependent activities
  • Flexibility, cooperation, customer focus and open to changes in work schedules, processes and team participation.
  • Possess a valid driver's licenses and has reliable transportation to job sites throughout the region
  • Event/Retail Marketing Experience Preferred
  • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated to complete projects with little assistance from others
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record

Nice To Haves

  • Customer Service Experience preferred
  • Event/Retail Marketing Experience Preferred

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate mastery of key brand details with customers regarding RbA products and the sales process.
  • Expertly guide and educate customers through a conversation to determine to what extent we can help them; follow the Lead Management process in obtaining/setting a sales appointment at Event, Retail, Showroom or RSVP locations.
  • Fulfill appointment conversion goals within stated guidelines.(Includes the set-up, teardown of event and retail booth space as needed)
  • Support the Event & Retail department independently in various capacities including but not limited to: Researching & confirming events/retail stores for the company to participate in.
  • Set up, track and report on marketing efforts and ensure they are properly entered into RbA CRM
  • Assisting Event & Retail Manager and showroom team with special request, as needed
  • Assist in training with event, retail & showroom staff when requested.
