Reports to: Senior Director of Showrooms POSITION PROFILE As a HOLLY HUNT General Manager, you are entrusted with full responsibility for the overall performance of the showroom, including profit and loss. This leadership role requires a strong commitment to upholding the brand’s standards of quality, craftsmanship, and service excellence. You will cultivate a high-performing sales culture, elevate the client experience, and ensure the showroom reflects the sophistication and design leadership synonymous with HOLLY HUNT. Your primary mandate is to drive sales growth, develop a best in class team, and champion the HOLLY HUNT brand within the local design community.
