Sleeping Duck, founded in 2014 by engineers Winston Wijeyeratne and Selvam Sinnappan, is one of Australia’s fastest-growing startups, known for designing its own concept products entirely in-house. Their vision is to reinvent the sleep product space to make better sleep accessible for everyone. The team of 80+ people is exceptionally driven, led by experienced founders, and fosters a strong inclusive culture. This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a new Showroom Experience Specialist to join the team and be part of this journey. The beautiful showroom in Prahran is described as a buzzing, energetic, unique, and one-of-a-kind space. As a Showroom Experience Specialist, you will set the tone, guiding customers through a tailored experience from learning about Sleeping Duck's origins to trying their world-class mattresses. The role focuses on the quality of the experience and genuine connection, rather than just closing sales or KPIs. This is a permanent part-time role for 22.5 hours per week across Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday, with extensive training provided by an experienced team.
