About The Position
Tubbs by Grubbs is looking for an outgoing, professional, and confident communicator to join our team as a Showroom Consultant. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers—both on the phone and in our showroom—creating a positive and memorable experience from the very first interaction.
Requirements
- Outgoing personality with a professional appearance
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to learn products and present them confidently
- Comfortable handling objections and staying motivated
- Reliable and goal-oriented
- Must be available afternoons and weekends
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and assist customers with inquiries
- Make outbound calls to homeowners interested in bathroom upgrades
- Schedule free in-home consultation appointments
- Welcome and engage walk-in customers in the showroom
- Learn and confidently present our products to prospective clients
- Overcome objections and guide conversations with confidence
- Deliver a positive, professional first impression every time
