About The Position

A Showroom Assistant plays a key role in assisting the sales team and clients to ensure a positive showroom experience. A Showroom Assistant requires a dynamic and customer-focused individual responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting sales staff & customers with product & order information, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic math skills and proficiency in using POS systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work as a team player
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift objects up to 40 pounds.
  • Comfortable working in a retail environment with frequent customer interaction.

Responsibilities

  • Greeting clients with a positive welcoming demeanor
  • Manage Client Appointment Flow for sale staff.
  • Assist clients with product & order information.
  • Assisting sales staff with daily task

  • Display maintenance
  • Returns
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the showroom environment, displays, and work station areas.
  • Assist with display updates in the showroom.
  • Assist in receiving and unpacking merchandise shipments, ensuring accurate documentation and proper storage.
  • Answer customer inquiries in person, over the phone, or via email, providing courteous and helpful responses.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on company brands, procedures & processes.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding customer service, safety, and security.
