Position Summary: The Warn Group DBA Factor55 (Boise, ID) is looking for a high-energy, technically minded professional to serve as Show Coordinator & Logistics Lead. This is a versatile, "360-degree" role that blends professional driving, event management, technical sales, and warehouse operations. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the logistics required for national trade shows and off-road events while representing the Factor 55 brand through product demonstrations and customer engagement. When not on the road representing Factor55 at premier off-road events, this role is a vital part of our Boise site team, ensuring our "Engineered Recovery" products are moving through the warehouse and reaching our customers with precision. This role supports daily operations including inventory management, order fulfillment, and preparation of equipment and materials for upcoming shows. The ideal candidate is organized, mechanically inclined, comfortable interacting with customers, and capable of safely operating vehicles and trailers for nationwide travel.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 2–4+ years of relevant experience in event coordination, logistics, transportation, warehouse operations, field marketing, or related roles.
  • Must possess a valid Idaho Class D driver’s license (or higher) and a clean driving record.
  • Must hold and maintain a current DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate (Fed Med Card), or the ability to obtain one upon hire.
  • Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. and remain on feet for extended periods during trade shows (10+ hours).
  • Proven experience safely maneuvering, backing, and securing heavy trailers.
  • Ability to travel 40-50% of the time, including weekends and multi-day national trips.
  • Ability to read, write, verbalize and comprehend instructions and correspondence in the English language.
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and group situations to customers, clients, and other team members.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and customer service skills.
  • Must have mathematical skills equivalent to those required under education requirement.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong technical background, mechanical aptitude, and ability to quickly understand complex systems.
  • Experience in the outdoor industry or off-road enthusiast market.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, sales, or relevant field of study.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, logistics, and execution for major shows (Overland Expo, SEMA, King of the Hammers, etc.).
  • Act as the lead brand advocate, performing technical product demonstrations and converting booth visitors into customers through consultative selling.
  • Proactively capture dealer and fleet leads at events and transition them to the sales team for follow-up.
  • Manage booth set up, utility requirements, and on-site vendor relationships.
  • Responsible for the safe operation of the Factor 55 show rig and trailer to and from events across the U.S.
  • Perform regular vehicle/trailer inspections and maintain a "Show Ready" state for all equipment.
  • Maintain accurate digital logs and ensure all movements comply with DOT regulations.
  • During non-travel periods, perform "fill-in" duties including picking, packing, and shipping orders.
  • Ensure the show rig is consistently inventoried and stocked with "Hero Products" and marketing materials.
  • Assist with general site upkeep and organizing the staging area for future events.
