Build exceptional parts. Grow your craft. Imagine walking into a clean, well-equipped shop where every setup brings a fresh challenge. One hour you’re dialing in a milling center; the next you’re turning a new material on a CNC lathe or finishing on a conventional grinder. If you thrive in a low-volume/high-mix environment and enjoy refining programs with engineering, you’ll feel at home here. Your Impact Transform blueprints/job orders into precise parts by determining sequencing, feeds/speeds, fixtures, and depths of cut. Own your setups—fixtures, chucks, collets, jaws—and establish accurate startup dimensions multiple times per day. Run both conventional equipment (lathes, mills, grinders) and CNC lathes or milling centers across metals and nonmetals. Partner with programmers/engineering to edit CNC programs and drive continuous improvement. Assure quality using calibrated gauges; continuously monitor operations; deburr with bench tools. Support the team with other duties as assigned.
