Responsible for providing the safety and security of all children under your supervision. Assists Youth and Family Director in the planning and implementation of daily lessons for children ages 3-14.Responsible for the leadership of activities such as indoor and outdoor games, arts and crafts, and general recreation. Responsible for the set-up and tear down of classroom area, as well as instruction of pre-school program. Communicates with parents and fellow instructors on daily activities, classroom events and behavior of children. Provides a quality experience to children and parents focused on YMCA core values: honesty, respect, responsibility, and caring.
