What You’ll Get We invest in our team — and it shows. • Flexible scheduling • Employee discount • 401(k) Plan with company match • Paid training • Opportunities to grow within the company • Team-oriented environment built on appreciation and respect What You’ll Do • Select and prepare customer orders for curbside pickup and delivery • Accurately choose items based on customer preferences and quality standards • Inspect products to ensure freshness and quality • Communicate with customers regarding substitutions when needed • Stage and organize completed orders for pickup or delivery • Support in-store customers when assistance is needed • Help maintain clean, organized shelves and displays • Assist other departments as needed What We’re Looking For • Positive attitude and strong attention to detail • Customer-first mindset • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift, move, and carry products throughout your shift • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment • Reliable and team-oriented • Retail or grocery experience preferred, but not required • At least 21 years of age due to age-restricted product requirements Work Environment This role involves working on the sales floor and in staging areas.
