About The Position

The Membership Aide greets members, parents, and visitors with a friendly, professional demeanor, provides information about Club programs, and assists with membership processes. This role helps maintain a secure, clean, and organized entrance, creating a positive first impression, monitors lobby activity to prevent unauthorized access, and coordinates with program staff during member pick-up. These are some of the additional things you will do as a Membership Aide: Monitor lobby activity to prevent unauthorized access to restricted or program areas and coordinate with program staff during member pick-up. Assist the Membership Coordinator with accepting and processing member applications accurately and efficiently. Provide information on Club programs to members, parents, visitors, and respond to phone inquiries. Learn about programming requirements and objectives for the five core program areas. This is what your schedule would look like: This role is part-time and offers flexible scheduling to accommodate personal commitments or class schedules. Shifts: 7 AM - 9 AM & 2 PM - 6 PM. Work location: Pincrest Academy. ALL BGCTM employees have the responsibility to help maintain the safety of our members and staff and ensure an optimal Club experience for all. Requirements

  • You are a fun, energetic, and excited individual
  • You want to pursue a career in data entry, billing, and accounts receivable
  • You have a passion for building a better community
  • You have the ability to communicate and cooperate with children, other staff and parents.
  • Minimum of 17 years or older
  • You will need to provide 3 references. These references should be professional references if you have work experience. If you don’t have work experience, these references can be any non-family member over the age of 18 who can speak to your character and professionalism.
  • You will also be asked to complete a drug screen for any illegal substances, background check, and fingerprint check.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
