Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in shopper marketing, retail marketing, brand activation, or CPG marketing.
  • Strong understanding of retail ecosystems and customer-specific marketing.
  • Excellent project management skills; able to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to turn shopper and consumer insights into action with strong analytical thinking.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Passion for building and maintaining relationships, both internally and externally.
  • Possesses a strong entrepreneurial spirit.

Responsibilities

  • Develop annual shopper marketing plans aligned with brand, sales, and customer business objectives.
  • Translate consumer insights and category data into shopper-centric strategies that drive conversion and loyalty.
  • Identify growth opportunities and create tailored programs for key retail accounts.
  • Design and execute omni-channel shopper campaigns including in-store signage, POS materials, demos, and digital engagement.
  • Partner with retailer marketing teams to plan and implement joint business initiatives.
  • Manage promotional calendars, ensuring alignment with seasonal and new-product priorities.
  • Work closely with Brand Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to ensure cohesive messaging and execution.
  • Track campaign performance using sales lift, traffic, engagement, and ROI metrics.
  • Own the shopper marketing budget, ensuring accurate forecasting, allocation, and optimization.
