As a Shopper Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of retail‑centric shopper programs that drive conversion and contribute to category and brand growth. In this role, you will partner closely with internal stakeholders and Haleon’s priority retail customers (Jean Coutu, Sobey’s, Rexall, London Drugs & Familiprix) to help bring shopper initiatives to life with excellence. This role offers an opportunity to learn and apply fundamental marketing skills while also supporting the team in day-to-day activities to achieve objectives.

Requirements

  • Must be available for the total duration of the 12-month contract
  • Enrolled (or graduated within last two years) in Business or Marketing studies at a post-secondary institution
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and passion for consumer marketing/brand building with an eagerness to learn
  • Ability to champion initiatives from start-to-finish
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to think both analytically and creatively
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working with various digital tools and platforms, including social media management and analytics platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in French is considered an asset

Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of shopper marketing activations across regional accounts, including retailer‑specific programs and the localization of key initiatives such as Get Well, Stay Well, Canada Soccer, GLP‑1, and others.
  • Coordinate the resizing, trafficking, and delivery of creative assets to ensure on‑time, high‑quality execution.
  • Assist in the development and rollout of integrated marketing campaigns - partnering with the shopper marketing team to brainstorm, plan, and execute innovative plans.
  • Contribute to in‑store marketing development by collaborating with design teams to create disruptive, consumer‑centric materials that clearly communicate key messages and enhance the shopper experience.
  • Support retailer-specific requests, including flyers, media briefs, loyalty program submissions, website updates, and related deliverables.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure accurate, timely delivery of assets and program materials.
  • Prepare presentation materials such as sell‑in decks, recaps, visual mock‑ups, and key discussion documents for retailer meetings.
  • Assist in day‑to-day communication between Haleon and retail partners, ensuring alignment, responsiveness, and smooth program execution.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure marketing initiatives ladder up to broader business priorities and support Haleon’s commercial objectives.
  • Maintain and organize product libraries, toolkits, and regional account assets to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
  • Track budgets, support purchase order creation, and assist with other operational activities tied to shopper activation needs.
  • Compile post‑activation summaries, performance recaps, and shopper insights to inform continuous improvement for internal sharing.
