The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As a Shopper Marketer, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: · Understanding your shopper group will be responsible to intimately know what they want/need and how they shop · Developing a solid understanding of 3M brands, products and brand campaigns · Leading the creation, execution and measurement of a Shopper Marketing Plan for a specific Account/Channel · Building relationships with key Marketing personnel at our account and being highly collaborative with Sales Reps and Category Development Managers · Evaluating the financial viability of various marketing tactics and managing budgets effectively Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: · Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills with demonstrated experiences in leading cross-functional teams, managing differing interests and perspectives. · Previous experience in a shopper marketing role or analytics role · Demonstrated project management or budget management skills. Work location: · Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to be in Maplewood office at least 4 days per week.
